Pretty Darn Quick Vegetarian Cookbook has more than 240 healthy and easy no-prep recipes for creating delicious meals-in 30 minutes or less. The redesigned paperback cover for the Pretty Darn Quick Vegetarian Cookbook utilizes photography of fresh fruits and vegetables to convey the freshness of the vegetarian recipes in the book.

Since the PDQ (Pretty Darn Quick) Vegetarian Cookbook is all about healthy, quick and no-prep recipes. The cover will convey the message of fast and easy with colorful fresh vegetables. Using photographs of the vegetables and food will make the cover more vibrant with color compared to the existing graphic illustration used. I will use the format of 8.5” x 11” for the final cover size so that the cookbook will have plenty of room for images though out the book. The cookbook will be bound with a metal coil binding so that it will lay flat when open. With this type of binding the margin on the spine edge will be 3/8” for the cover and a .25” bleed will be added.
